Eman Kawas is the Regional Manager for Data Management Consultancy at Wood Group. She is a business and technology leader with over 15 years of experience, specializing in democratizing and monetizing data strategies. A certified Enterprise Architect, she has a career spanning technology commercialization, business strategies, organizational development, and operations. 

Before joining Wood’s Digital Consulting team, Eman co-founded a professional services company in construction and held technology consulting and process management roles at IBM and ATCO Group.
